Class Schedule

Dance Fusion

A mashup of different dance styles (hip hop, latin, ect) choreographed to your favorite music. Sweat away the calorie and have a blast in the process.


A high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout.You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.


The “END” of exercise! Melt away the calories with the hottest professionally choreographed dance workouts.Performing these pulse-pounding, thrilling workouts is serious cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, and overall muscle toning—all at once.


Latin inspired cardio dance workout that uses music and easy to follow steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Dance to great music with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Functional Fitness

Practice exercises that mimic & enhance a wide range of movements that are performed.

YogaFit® Senior

Senior/Chair yoga will exercise the whole body through a complete series of seated and standing.


A uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience that fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting moves and Yoga.  You’ll firm, tighten & tone your lower body without adding bulk while burning mega calories.  No dance experience required.  Class is done bare foot.

Indoor Cycle

Cycle is a non-impact group exercise program for people of all ages and fitness levels. Instructors lead the invigorating exercises, varying the speed and intensity, to guide you through an energetic workout. Instructors combine various types of popular music to increase the fun and keep you going.

Strength & Endurance

This class includes both cardiovascular and strength segments. You’ll use light hand weights for the three-minute endurance drills and then a heavier weighted barbell or dumbbells for the three-minute strength segments. This class is a high energy, high intensity class which will leave you spent but wanting to come back for more. Classes with this name plus Core add a segment for your abdominals and lower back.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa flow style practice that unifies breath and movement,  increases strength and length, is good.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, reflective, mind, body and spirit yoga. Deep stretching is held from 3-5 minutes and is suitable for all.

Group Strength

This workout utilizes barbells and hand weights to strengthen and sculpt all muscle groups. Strength training builds muscle, burns fat, improves bone density, and boosts your metabolism.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Get up and go with an aerobics class that is safe, heart healthy and gentle on the joints. This workout includes easy to follow low-impact movements, upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle. A chair is used as a toning tool and for stability during exercises to improve your balance. Light weights, bands and a small ball may be used for increasing muscular stamina and increasing strength.

Turbo Kick

A fusion of hip hop & kickboxing. The hottest cardio kickboxing class around for fitness training.


Piyo speeds everything up -including your results- by introducing you to dynamic, flowing yoga and pilates.


This intense workout delivers it all. Utilizing resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga.
