TAC-TRXTRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one’s own body weight and the force of gravity. Simultaneously you will develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability. As a result of multiple muscle groups used with each exercise this workout also is metabolic and calorie burning. TRX Strong utilizes just the susupension trainer as TRX Fusion has other fitness tools such as balls, bands, sandbags, kettlebells, and small weights.

Non Members and Members can sign up for this class via Mind Body. Members receive a discounted rate.

Heavy Bag Kickboxing

The kickboxing experience goes to a different dimension. Put a heavy bag in front of you and your power comes out. Work your kickboxing skills as you continue to increase your stamina..pow..pow POW! Whack! You will increase your footwork and hand speed as your bring forth your warrior energy to lay waste to that heavy bag.Take your fitness to the next level and realize the TAC-Power within you!

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Heavy Bag Kickboxing is a fat burning cardio workout which increases your endurance, energy, stamina as well as tones and sculpts your muscles. Punch and kick your way with fun and energizing  music on and off the Heavy Bag. All levels welcome. Hand wraps are required and are available for sale at the front desk. Gloves are availalbe to rent for $3.
